Kim started his first profitable business at age 15. He has been in the real estate business since 1978. Currently, he is the Director of Training and Education for a large Residential Real Estate Company in St. Louis, Missouri. Kim is also the President of HomeQuest Productions and travels 30 days per year speaking at workshops and conventions on two major topics: How to Make More Money and How to Avoid Court.  Kim is also the co-author of the Flight to Excellence, Real Estate Checklists and Systems, and the popular First Time Home Buyer Seminar on audio CD.
